About Sweetums. Sweetums is a very special cat. She was adopted by my youngest daughter shortly after she was diagnosed with leukemia. She was an adorable kitten my daughter fell in love with & wanted because she could relate to Sweetums. Sweetums was the last of her litter to be adopted & was in a cage all alone. She has always, as with all of my cats, been indoors. She lives up to her name, being one of the sweetest cats I have ever known. Now that my daughter has grown & gone, she left her here with me because she did not want to take her from her "friends" & her home. She comes to visit as often as she can & Sweetums always remembers her. Her favorite place is in my computer chair, as soon as I get up she jumps right in. She even sleeps there.
